QUICK OVERVIEW: I was a private nurse and hospice caregiver, then had a housekeeping business for years, was a private estate manager and have worked in ministry much of my life. I'm unable to lift or transfer anyone anymore, but am great at organizing, cleaning, painting and small remodeling projects, shopping / thrifting, computers and social media, providing transportation, running errands, appointment setting, med. reminders, prep / meals, personal care / hygiene, taking care of pets, and keeping you company.

I've been called an 'old soul' ever since I was a little girl and SENIORS HAVE ALWAYS HAD MY HEART!

Mostly, I like to help people remain independent, so they can stay in their own homes longer (I believe this is extremely important!) Or sometimes it's to help fill a void by offering support and transition after the passing of a loved one. Maybe you'd just like a fun activity or travel partner around that can handle all the details. Or maybe you have a seasonal home / cabin here that you'd like taken care of. Perhaps, you were a single parent too and now that the kids have grown and left, you miss having some help and company around (unless, of course, you're really, REALLY enjoying all that peace and quiet now, lol!) And sometimes, as we get older, we'd just like to have someone around or close by in case anything happens. Whatever the reason, if you have a spare room available, it would REALLY help me out as well.

REASON: I had two life changing events happen that basically turned my entire world upside down, including a car accident, so I'm driving a rental and shopping for a used vehicle right now too. Every single penny I earn is going towards these two things, because I can't make enough headway to pay off or stop the sudden accumulation of debt while trying to keep up with an added mortgage / rent payment by myself. Needing a hands up (not a hand-out) to help me get back on my feet again please.

**Since becoming an empty-nester, I've done alot of traveling, house-sitting and had a few live-in positions all around the country. I was also welcomed and supported in people's homes as an evangelist for years and have a long standing Airbnb profile with many excellent reviews. I've recently moved back to Nixa for good though and used to be a homeowner here. I don't smoke / vape, drink or do drugs; have no pets / parties or guests; not medicated; always had excellent credit and lived within my means, clean background and driving record. I can be as involved as you'd like or stay just as busy doing my own thing.

**MUST have my own bedroom or mother-in-law suite please, but I don't mind sharing a bathroom if need be. Any further compensation would depend on your needs, the amount of help you'd like and what I'm able to offer. Position doesn't necessarily require an additional stipend though, so if you have the room and need the help, please be in touch!! Can be for a single male, female or older married couple.

I'm faith filled, very easy going, love the outdoors, boating, fishing, movies, theater, art, reading, music, travel, fundraising / charity events, playing games, thrifting and DIY projects. I'm a writer and photographer as well, so work on my computer alot too (that's something else I could teach or help you with!)
