@Ask_Spectrum I’ve chatted weekly, sometimes multiple times a week, and you guys never actually resolve anything. I got “new” equipment installed recently yet still I’m constantly having to reset the internet and WFH is damn near impossible which is insane for paying over $80/month !!

@Ask_Spectrum spectrum has repeatedly looked into the issue, which is that the chromecast isn't connecting to the correct bandwidth and spectrum no longer has routers with separate 5- and 2-ghz connections

The place I live has internet service through @GetSpectrum and the service is just awful. I lose connectivity on both my desktop and laptop all throughout the day. If it was up to me I'd cancel and take my business elsewhere.

if you have @GetSpectrum be careful. when we canceled service, someone on their staff came to the house to pick up the router and other piece we had and now Spectrum is saying that it never was returned & trying to charge astronomical fees & sending to collections

The @GetSpectrum app has got to be the worst app ever. Half the time it wont open. Other half it just buffers. We then you ask wea why they just say redownload it. Definitely switching

@Ask_Spectrum The service only returned at 8:00am. Please refund the service lost. Spectrum really needs to make this easier for customers to record, and make it automated when this keeps happening. It’s extra frustrating having to keep track on top of the inconvenience of losing service.
